At Dock Solutions, we manufacture warehouse dock pads (DS1001), which are ultra-tough and great value for money. They are made from tear-resistant material and incorporate high recovery foam in-fills, similar to memory foam. This allows the dock pads to consistently give a good seal between the trailer and dock.
An additional feature of the DS1001 dock pads is the wear pleats (also known as shingles or Armour pleats) which are stitched to the front of the dock pads. This gives greater durability and longevity. This in conjunction with the head seal and side dock pads, creates a drought-resistant seal from the outside elements, whilst unloading and loading take place.
